Having Maggie as our real estate agent was the best decision we made. She is absolutely top notch! Her professionalism and knowledge of homes is unmatched. Maggie took the time to get to know our family and understand what we were looking for in a house. She helped us house hunt for 6 months. During much of that period we lived out of state. Several times she did Skype walk-throughs when we couldn't physically be in state. Maggie is able to quickly zero in on items in a house in a way I'd expect a home inspector to. Nothing gets past her! During showings, houses have their best foot forward, and as a potential buyer it's not anyways easy to simultaneously quickly project our lives in each home, while also looking for flaws. She recognized the things we loved about each house we looked at, but also pointed out items that may need repair, and the dollar amount that may be associated. We always felt Maggie had our best interest at heart. She is honest and forthright. Having her house hunt with us felt like being lucky enough to have an immediate family member in the business that wanted us to get the best house for the best price. She is sharp and maintains her edge by continually enhancing her craft and taking classes about items that affect West Chester area homes. She shared her wealth of knowledge with us about stucco and stone facades. I can't emphasize enough how lucky we were to work with Maggie. Not only were we fortunate enough to find our dream home, we made our first friend in the area.
