Maggie was fabulous during the entire house buying process, which in itself can be very stressful. She is truly an advocate for her clients and always looking out for their best interest. At the beginning Maggie met with both my husband and myself to get an understanding of what we were looking for-our must have list. She truly listened to what we wanted and was also able to provide additional advice and other options for us to consider. Once we found the house we decided to purchase, she ensured the entire process went smoothly (i.e. from helping us select inspector, to working with the listing agent, to ensuring we did not miss any deadlines through the process). Maggie made herself available whenever we had questions. She is truly a gem and I would recommend her to all my friends and family looking for a house or looking to put their house on the market.

One example of this, Maggie happily went with us to view a home just hours before she had to catch a flight to Europe for vacation. You will spend a lot of time with your realtor, from that initial conversation about your wishlist and budget to the final signature at the settlement table, so it's important to feel comfortable with them. Conversation with Maggie always came easy and she took the time to get to know my family. I can't recommend Maggie highly enough. She helped me through a very difficult transaction, and was savvy enough to check to ensure permits were issued for the renovations done two owners back. They hadn't been, and we were able to remedy this prior to the sale at the sellers expense. Had we missed this, I would have had to bear the cost of correcting this issue when I went to sell the house. Most importantly, I bought the house I wanted, despite a mess of unforeseen permit and repair issues, and at $20K under appraised value.

Maggie was very professional. She explained each page of each agreement we signed. She was a great negotiator with the perspective buyer and her agent...corresponding with them numerous times to make sure all paperwork was in order for the closing. Everything went very smoothly at the settlement table thanks to Maggie's knowledge of real estate requirements and laws. She was always available to me at a minutes notice. I would highly recommend her to any potential seller or buyer.

Maggie assisted us in selling our house as well as buying our new house. She not just portrays the professionalism a realtor in such life changing events as moving a family is expected to do. She goes above and beyond on all levels to make sure that you receive the information you need, communicates clearly and works with YOU and not for her. Even though we sold our house in 5 days the experience we had to go through when buying our new house was anything else then the norm. Target dates constantly shifting, opposing parties not responsive and/or changing agreements multiple times. Even through that she was a rock, determined and always made us at ease and finally got the deal signed.
